Manage subcontractors to ensure deadline of all phases of rehab/upgrade projects
Review and verify subcontractor invoices
Oversee all maintenance staff to ensure work quality and timeliness
Maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors with responsibility of managing bidding process
Procurement of project materials, appliances, parts, machinery, etc.
Maintain list of daily tasks to meet project deadlines
Create and manage lists of deficiencies for subcontractors
